1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77bro Entertainment Ltd ("77bro", "we", "us", "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 77bro.app. By accessing the 77bro platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

These Terms are written in English. The English version of these Terms is the governing and controlling version. In the event of any discrepancy between any translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

77bro operates as an online entertainment platform providing casino games, sports betting, crash games, and related gaming services to eligible adult players. We offer our services on a fair-play basis underpinned by certified random number generation technology and transparent payout structures.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. When material changes are made, 77bro will notify registered players via email and via a prominently displayed notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is noted at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

2. Account Registration

To access the full range of services available on the 77bro platform, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. You may hold only one registered account at any one time. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all such accounts being closed and any balances or winnings being voided.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile phone number. You must promptly update your account details if any of this information changes. 77bro is not responsible for any losses or delays resulting from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

The following conditions must be met for a valid registration:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended 77bro account.
• You must not be self-excluded from the 77bro platform.
• You must provide truthful and verifiable personal information at all stages of registration and subsequent verification.
• You must agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy in full.

77bro reserves the right to verify your identity at any point during the account lifecycle — at registration, at first withdrawal, after any unusual account activity, or in response to a regulatory or fraud-prevention requirement. Verification may require you to submit a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Accounts that have not completed identity verification may have deposit, withdrawal, and betting functionality restricted until verification is successfully completed. 77bro will not be liable for any inconvenience arising from verification delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate documentation submitted by the player.

3. Age Restriction & Verification

77bro is strictly an adult platform. All services — casino games, sports betting, crash games, live dealer tables, and all other gaming products — are available exclusively to players who are 18 years of age or older. This age restriction applies without exception across all game categories and all promotional offers.

By registering an account, you declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years old at the time of registration and that you will remain of legal age throughout the duration of your account. Providing a false date of birth or any other false information to circumvent the 18+ age restriction is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in:

• Immediate and permanent closure of the account.
• Forfeiture of the entire account balance, including any deposits, winnings, and bonuses.
• Reporting of the incident to relevant authorities where legally required.
• Permanent ban from re-registering on the 77bro platform.

Age verification is completed as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. 77bro uses government-issued identity documents as the primary means of age verification. Players who cannot or will not provide satisfactory age verification documents will be unable to withdraw funds and will have their account suspended pending resolution.

77bro is committed to preventing underage gambling. We operate robust age verification processes and encourage parents and guardians to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 77bro platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through our integrated payment partners, which include bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank MFS), Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and major Bangladeshi commercial banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no upper limit on deposits, though 77bro reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposit amounts as part of its anti-money laundering obligations. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 77bro account balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take additional time depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed identity and age verification in full.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your confirmed real-money balance (bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable).
• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval under normal conditions.
• Bank transfer withdrawals follow standard interbank clearing timelines, which may be 1–3 business days.

77bro does not charge any internal fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which 77bro bears no responsibility. Players are advised to check applicable charges with their payment provider before initiating transactions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

77bro offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and returning players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is presented, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, game contribution rates, and maximum bet restrictions. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms below and the specific terms of an individual offer, the specific offer terms shall take precedence.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. Before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance, the bonus amount (and in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each offer's terms. Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates — for example, slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual offer terms.

Bonus Abuse: Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly, exploiting low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to circumvent bonus terms — will have their bonus cancelled, their account suspended, and any associated winnings voided. 77bro's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

• Each welcome bonus may only be claimed once per household, IP address, and payment method.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met in full.
• 77bro reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time.
• Seasonal promotions (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, BPL season offers) are subject to individual promotion-specific terms.
• Maximum bet restrictions apply when bonus funds are active. Exceeding the stated maximum bet may result in bonus cancellation.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 77bro platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with these Terms. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the 77bro platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party technology to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or technical fault in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity with other players.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any financial transaction of an illegal nature.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77bro staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your 77bro account on your behalf.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the 77bro platform's software or infrastructure.

77bro monitors account activity continuously for signs of prohibited conduct. Automated detection systems flag unusual patterns for human review. When prohibited conduct is identified, 77bro will act promptly and proportionately, which may include immediate account suspension while an investigation is conducted, permanent account closure, forfeiture of the full account balance, and notification to payment processors and relevant authorities where appropriate.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

Either party may close a 77bro player account. Players may close their account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Before closure is confirmed, 77bro will process any pending withdrawal of the confirmed real-money balance, subject to identity verification requirements being met. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

77bro reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment instructions raised by the player against 77bro.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the player or their authorised representative.
• Operational, regulatory, or legal requirements that necessitate the restriction of the player's account.

Where an account is closed by 77bro due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account (including deposits and winnings) may be voided in full. Where an account is closed by the player voluntarily, or by 77bro for operational reasons not related to player misconduct, the confirmed real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of the verification process.

8. Limitation of Liability

77bro provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or immune to technical disruptions. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77bro Entertainment Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the 77bro platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services due to technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
• Any loss arising from the use of your account credentials by an unauthorised third party, where such use occurred because you failed to maintain adequate security of your login details.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by your own device, internet connection, or software, as distinct from a verified error in the platform itself.
• Any tax obligations that arise from your winnings in your jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for determining and meeting any tax obligations applicable to gambling winnings under the laws of their jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits 77bro's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Where 77bro's liability cannot be fully excluded, it is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 77bro Entertainment Ltd's jurisdiction of incorporation. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration. Our internal complaints process is initiated by contacting [email protected] with a written description of your complaint. We aim to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
